Looking for a part-time administrative assistant for a busy financial professional executive in the Wellesley Office Park. Flexible hours; (12-15 hrs. / week). "Mother's Hours" are ok (3 day minimum). Duties include, but are not limited to- answering customer service phone calls, client outreach calls, booking client appointments, maintaining client files, following up on client requests, managing a client database, responding to e-mails, mail sorting, some marketing responsibilities, and to assist in the recruitment of additional financial professionals. Knowledge of computer spreadsheets and word processing required. Previous office experience is preferred. Salary is $12.00 - $15.00 / hour based on experience.
